The staff were outstanding.They operated as a really good team, nothing was too much trouble and they were a great sight for a weary traveller as I got there after a long flight.My not speaking Spanish was not a problem as they all spoke and understood English very well.They seemed to enjoy the challenge. In a word "perfecto". Absolutely brilliant hotel and would highly recommend. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They made all our restaurant recommendations and reservations, helping with plans for the day etc. The location is brilliant for lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Would not hesitate on booking here again.

The pool was a little small and the maid kept knocking to come into our room to clean early in the morning before we had even left for breakfast. While the breakfast was excellent and I actually looked forward to eating it everyday for two weeks straight, I wished there was more food available for the rest of the day. Although the near by restaurants did offer sufficient choices, sometimes the convenience of just ordering from the hotel is appreciated. Nothing - I was very ppleased with the choice. The floor is TOOOO cold. When you wake up during the night and want to go to the bathroom, you´ll feel like stepping in glacial ice. The pool area needed cleaning. Also its more of a plunge pool than a swimming pool. Front rooms very noisy. Outdoors of the hotel full of "mosquitos" makes difficult to enjoy the backyards of the hotel Confort rooms, but even the second best category still small.
