Superb location in the heart of Recoleta, close to many shops, restaurants and beautiful spots Excellent welcoming staff who go out of their way to please, starting with the bellman waiting outside to help with luggage. Beautiful eclectic designer bedrooms with luxury minimalist stone bathrooms Super-comfortable beds. We loved the hotel, loved the exclusivity, loved the care reception people gave us, loved the room, loved the view, loved the location, loved everything. Staff is very attentive specially the reception people, location is great. meals are superb, there is a relaxed atmosphere and the rooms are very comfortable.

It's quite expensive, similarly priced or even higher than nearby 5 star hotels, but it's certainly one of the nicest places to stay in BA. We think some second line personal should receive more training. It's the first time the room service makes the bar inspection for checkout with the guest inside the room. This is a bar were most of the things are free! Breakfast is splendid but the service must be more organized. There is no front desk, it's fine, but sometimes its confusing when you walk in and there's nobody available. That i had such a short stay in this hotel. Nothing to complain about. Absolutely nothing. The best element in our stay in BA. No warning of a late check out fee. There is no actual front desk and sometimes its confusing when you walk in and there's nobody available.
