Friendly professional staff that's very efficient and made us feel welcome. Staff attentive, well informed and helpful. Someone always open front door. We spent a few days in Uruguay and left our luggage at hotel. In summary a great staff that goes out of their way to make you feel special. Also enjoyed the free city tour.. stuff was excellent,they did upgrade my room as soon as i arrived to the hotel.recoleta is perfect neighborhood.their suites are really good.all perfect except 1 thing..
