The food and the nice atmosphere. Size of bedroom and resturant. Very helpful staff. Nice hotel and buffet food but better than the average crop. You can get fresh meat grilled in evening and they do less but of better quality than some others in Andorra. Spa excellent buta hefty 45 euro supplement that isn't clear from website. Location to ski lifts excellent as is free locker a short distance from lifts. Please write at least 15 words.
all reviews » The hotel is close to the slopes with a ski locker service provided between the hotel and the main telecabina. The staff are friendly and you can use the inter-linked spa (at extra cost; €44 for three hours). The food was superb, and the Staff were so friendly and helpful. It is an extremely Child/Family friendly hotel. And the Play park facilities are outstanding extremely safe and well run. Ideal location, good food and very good for kids with the kids club.it was very close to the ski slopes, very comfortable and the staff was very friendly - all except one. Nice casual atmosphere, allthough bordering on package holiday hotel, which I guess it is really.Location of hotel and facilities on offer. 1.Room was bigger and better than expected 2. Pool table broken but not fixed all week. Andora in general still allow smoking in bars and public places so smoke was a pest wherever you went. Showers were not working properly - scalding hot to freezing cold.rooms were overheated. Even with the heating off, we had difficulties sleeping at night due to the hot, dry environment. paying 40 bucks a head for the sauna. had to pay for water, tea / coffee at dinner (on half board rate) no tea / coffee facility in room sound proofing of doors / walls not so good Take your own flip flops if you want to use the spa as they are required. I think it should have been made clear that all of the spa facilities were an extra cost. The lack of an al a carte menu and only having the option for a buffet was a bit of pain. A very strong smell of cleaning material /air freshener/ essence/ particularly in the bedroom and salon. It was necessary to open the bedroom window wide on entering.Bathrooms getting a bit outmoded. Poor atmosphere. airconditioning sucking in smoke from other rooms and lobby at night, no real non smooking rooms available, substandard breakfast for a sport hotel, was that coffee coming out of the machine ? the view out of our windows was onto a concrete retaining wall with machinery dumped, shower did not work ,running water hot and cold with low pressure. there is no stopping at hotel door ,Luggage ???.

Sport Wellness Mountain Spa has a modern spa which covers an area of 4.500 m² over 5 floors and with original design. Sport Hotel guests have to pay a 3-hour ticket to enter the Sport Wellness Mountain Spa (the spa circuit is only available for guests older than 14 years).
