Children not allowed in swimming pool unless over 14. None, tho diner and lunch price might expensive for someone, but food is good.Meals were buffet service and so less personal. High quality food, but not enough local influence in cuisine.Temperature in the common areas - bar, lounge areas, dining room etc - it was a bit cold this time. We have stayed there 4 times before. In the top lounge area the heaters were not on. Arrival at hotel to off-load luggage was very difficult due to parked cars and getting help with luggage on arrival and departure was difficult too. Would have been improved by better information at checkin, with regard to dining package requirements, ski package rental procedures etc. Staff at front desk continued talking among themselves when we arrivedat the desk. Or they walked off in the back. Or they picked up thephone despite the fact we were there. WHen they dealt with us theywere quiet nice. They did not seem to know whether we could use a callcard on the phone and made no effort to find out. Breakfast was a painevery morning. Hotel staff not very experienced and insufficient. For the price, I expected to be able to use the hot tub and pool without paying the spa fees. They could use a no-smoking area in the lobby. I expected internet access in the room - we had to go to the lobby. It was expensive, compared to other ski resorts I have visited, and the ski area does not justify the costs. bedrooms overheated . poor ski and boot room facilities as not good having to use a flight of stairs to access it across from a side road. The spa was freezing.. all of them it would be good if they were hotter. thats my only complaint. Reception staff slow.

Sport Wellness Mountain Spa has a modern spa which covers an area of 4.500 m² over 5 floors and with original design. Sport Hotel guests have to pay a 3-hour ticket to enter the Sport Wellness Mountain Spa (the spa circuit is only available for guests older than 14 years).
