Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. It was on the side of the road to Ksamil and it was few steps away from the beach as well. The view from the hotel (especially from the terrace) was kind of dream, it was so amazing. The staff was very friendly and talkative. My fiance had the birthday and they prepared a wonderful dinner for us, with flowers and balloons. We have traveled a lot around Europe and USA but these vacations were unique because of the hotel, the sea and the weather. We highly .

I will stay there again if I go to Saranda. nice restaurant on the roof with greate view to the town and sea, free breakfasts, tasty food, clean rooms, nice views from seaside rooms. very kinded personnel and a good cook, 1 minutue along 24h market. terrace restaurant and lounge zone is very nice and perfect views for sunset or romantic diner. Rooms are very big and spacious. Balcony at sea-view rooms is also spacious. Really friendly staff and a beautiful view of the sea- the beach which is lovely is less than 5 minutes away and the coffee that you can buy there is the best I have had in Europe- actually the world!. Good basic rooms, clean and functional, quiet location away from the town's bar scene, good restaurant and very close to nicer less crowded beach. The staff is very nice and friendly. The bar and restaurant on the top have a great view and is amazing. The view withe sea. Nothing. It was a shame that we didn't have time to stay few more days there. Unfortunately, as it was low season, the roof terrace was rarely open for drinks during my stay, which was a shame as it was a fantastic view and asset to the hotel!. nothing. Beds and umbrella on the beach for the money ~5euro. location is bit outside of the city in some lonely zone near to new constructed empty buildings. Not all rooms are fully equipped (on our friend's room there were no electric socket at bathroom and no glasses at room for water). Early check-out at 10-00 is not very convenient. Poor beakfast, payed 8€ for washing our clothes 1 time. Sarande is a bit of a building site so the rawness is definitely there though it is an exciting place to visit and I do recommend it. The hotel is essentially surrounded by half finished buildings but this generally is the whole town so shouldn't put anyone off staying there. Some of the staff not as helpful. The area lacked polish and quality finish of other destinations with lots of litter, building work and poor roads and pavements as would be expected for the price paid. around the hotel and in our room it stank like hell. they tried to fix it with some extra strong room refresher, the combination made me sick. around the hotel it looks like a rubbish heap and it stank awful. the rooms are very small and the lift looks very unsafe, it broke also 2 times during our stay. you have to pay extra if you want to stay at the beach, it is not directly at the beach. we left 2 days earlier, I did not try to get some money back, i just want to get out of there. The view around with building construction and rubbish. The extra 2.2% commission for Visa payment. The ants in the room. The 10:00am check-out recalled by the receptionner at 9:15am.. The ice on the cake, the control of the room by the receptionner before leaving (in case we had stolen something???).
