Reasonable price to stay-great room with balcony, suitable equipment and cleanliness. Remoteness from the city center is an advantage (greater peace). Possibility of parking in the "so-called" garage. Proximity of Butrinit and nice beaches (private transport is highly recommended). Shops in the opposite of the hotel - very reasonable prices. This is a great hotel. Modern and clean as other have said. A little way out or Sarande but that makes the parking easier. There is a very good restaurant about 200m away. The hotel is just across the road from the sea and there is a good view of it from the front bedrooms or in the cafe.

Breakfast was excellent with typical continental dishes. We truly recommend this avreage hotel for a affordable price. That it was clean, good value and had free wi-fi. - cleanliness of the room, - modern equipment,. In the middle of new building sites - some are built and the rest are abandoned. Eastern side of the hotel is overlooking the "scrap and trash". Parking in the "so-called" garage requires plenty of skill. Language skills of the employees is very poor, breakfast is always the same - boring (depends on which bartender is on duty). Hotel does not have the beach as stated on www. Nothing really. No table on the balcony. Every night there was a power cut for about 15-30 seconds. And yeah, you have to walk to the beach uphill and downhill. The accessories in the room were not sufficient for three people (chairs, table etc.). No hot water. No phone in room. View blocked by unfinished building nearer the sea. Maybe they should add somethingk to menu at breakfast and to menu at all in restaurant. One waiter was perfect but second one very disorganized!. Wifi not in rooms. Well wi fi was non existent in the bar or in the room , too far to walk to town centre and we happen to have room facing the mountain rock not the beach as it looks online . That it was early in the season (late May) and the hotel was devoid of life. That it was 3.3 Kms from the town centre, that the neighbourhood and beach was rather scruffy. - there is no private beach here, - incomplete equipment - no satellite decoder, no hangers in the wardrobe, no chairs, no balcon table, - dirty air conditioning, - Reception doesn't respond to the comments of the deficiencies, - hopeless breakfasts (every day is the same, no good sausages, washings instead of coffee, no yogurt, etc ) - no wi-fi in the room, - ugly, stony beach, - continuous noise at the hotel (cars, generator, buses, daily emptying of cesspools...) - very far to the center.
