Guests must be aged 24 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult. The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. The property will contact you a few days prior to arrival, with clear check in instructions. Late check in can be arranged at an additional fee, between 6-9pm 30 GBP, between 9-11pm 50 GBP. For arrivals after 11pm, guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking.
