Fantastic location for Business or just visiting - real close to Stratford Station for DLR, Tube and Trains.
Facilities first class, not a problem. Shopping close buy for essentials etc.
Fantastic value for money for the comfort, location and convenience.
Flexible and adaptive staff able - it was like staying at a hotel without having to deal with other guests!

Location. Near shopping center and the Metro.

Close to Westfield shopping centre and stratford shopping centre which led straight to stratford station which was only a 25minute train trip into London.
Location was convenient.
Late notified the transfer key. We checked out of Penza 20,11,13 and did not have the internet. Long could not enter the hotel. Settled not in the hotel booked and GerryRaffles Square -5. In the lobby "Stratfort Eye" forgotten tablet Samsung Tab-2, and it was stolen. Rooms booked other (photo). Not very comfortable sofa.
service was terrible, did not meet at stated time, no towels, not enough cutlery for the people in the flat, no sofa bed - self blow up mattress, not clean, bins not emptied, not enough sheets for the number of people, would not stay again.
Weren't greeted on the Friday evening when we were suppose to check in so that evening had to find more accommodation for the night.
6 of us were put in a 4 person apartment and had a sofa bed to sleep the extra two (which I had to call up to organise) which was only slightly bigger than a single and also was rock hard.
No cutlery, no plates and no mugs.
Dirty.
The whole hotel smelt bad.
Not enough towels.
No toilet roll provided.
Very squashed.
Expensive parking nearby.
Dirty and in very poor state of repair - I would not use anything in the kitchen so nasty was it. Bare lightbulbs, broken furniture, stained carpets, filthy bathroom, broken shower and a bed on the balcony. Peoples old food still in the cupbioards and freezer - I was glad to be there for only 1 night - it was like a squat.
