  First of all Aspros Potamos is a really wonderful place to stay. We stayed there for 8 days and really enjoyed the peace and quit in the valley of Aspros Potamos. The beach and the village of Makry Gialos are about a 15 minute walk via a small road through olivetrees and small vegetable gardens. The facilities are good, normal shower (very tiny stream), - We stayed for 8 days at Aspros Potamos and we loved it! Really where we were looking for, something different, in nature, with a lot of silence and calmness. Birds singing all day long, the sound of the river and reading a book. On the other hand there a plenty things to do, walking to the beach, restaurants and shops in 15 minutes or walking the Pefki gorge.   Die Wohnung ist wirklich nur 50 m vom Meer entfernt! Jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen Sitz/Eingangsbereich mit Blick in den liebevoll gepflegten Garten. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Der freundliche Empfang mit Begrüßungsgeschenk -Kekse, Honig, Wein, Bier, Olivenöl, Instantkaffe, Marmelade ...!!! Das war wirklich sehr aufmerksam. When we arrived the host was very welcoming, she left some sweets, teabags, sugar and a litre of juice in the room. The kitchen was fully equipped. Aparments were clean and neat.

Top marks for cleanliness- size of apartment- lovely gardens and all round high standards.   The apartment was clean and the staff very friendly. Even though it is self-catering, it got cleaned for us twice during our 7-night stay and we got clean towels both times. It is a 5 minute walk from a very nice beach and lots of restaurants and coffee shops. - There is a great and relaxing atmosphere.   Die Wohnungen sind äußerst komfortabel, gute Küchenausstattung, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, sehr angenehm und ausreichend, da die Zimmer alle vom Meer eine Brise Wind bekommen. Man kommt zu Fuß zum nächstliegenden Strand (Kiesel), wunderbar zum Schwimmen! Der Hauptstrand ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar, ansonste... was die leute sagen » n bequem mit dem Mietauto.. Direkt am Strand gibt es einen großen Parkplatz, Ideal wenn man Kinder und viel Gepäck hat. Die Person vor Ort, Popi, ist - The room was well kitted out with all mod cons, Good fridge and AC which was important as we where there in a heat wave - it helped us get a good nights sleep! The sea breeze makes the whole resort much more bearable. The Staff were warm and efficient, and gave it an authentic Greek feel. The welcome basket and local products were a nice touch. Clean sheets and clean apartment. Recommend to all. - spacious,very clean, in an attractive and quiet setting but very close to the beach and restaraunts
