We were making a round trip of the US West and spending a weekend in SF (June 22 to 24). Slightly shocked with the hotel rates, we picked this one as it was more or less reasonably priced (still > 100 USD per night) and had free parking (evidently hard to find in SF) and WiFi. We expected nothing more than a basic accommodation, and it was, but our room was clean and we had a fridge, microwave and a coffeemaker. Two guys at the office were friendly and helpful and the location was just fanta.
所有评语 » My mom and I went to San Fransisco for just one night. When we started looking at hotels we got really overwhelmed. Everything was so expensive with poor reviews. Except this place. The reviews were decent. And we were so happy we chose it. It was extremely easy to find, parking was free, the staff was very nice and friendly, and the room was very clean. We actually had a great view of the city from our room. And it's close to the palace of fine arts and the marina, so it's an easy and safe pla. The staff was extremely friendly. They were willing to go out of their way to help us. The room was much, much better than I had expected for that price- clean, comfortable and a nice bathroom. One may think otherwise if they look at the building from outside. But once I stepped inside the room, I felt I had made the right choice. Tea and coffee were readily available as well. Close to wherever I wanted to go, and in a safe and clean part of the city, I absolutely loved everything about Knights. Ash, the manager was the loveliest host you could wish for. Friendly, kind, accommodating and very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Its on a busy road, but once the windows and doors are shut it was very quiet. Good location, right near the Marina area and local buses. Really excellent value for money and excellent people who work there! From The Princesses (our every wish was granted, thanks Ash!) xx. Ash is a nice man. He waited for us until 9:30 at night and gave us a warm welcome. He was very careful. The room is clean and well facilitated with microwave and refrigerater. The hotel is close to the Palace of fine art and beach and golden gate bridge. Excellent location close to the Golden Gate Bridge promenade, good bus connections with the rest of the city. Very friendly staff. The room was simple but comfortable and big. If I ever find myself in San Francisco again, I will definitely stay there. Hash & Susan were perfect hosts; they went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was cozy & clean. The location was also, perfect, with in a bus ride to any part of the city, and a brisk walk to the gg Bridge. The bed was amazing. We had a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The staff was very friendly. Free wifi. Very strategically placed. Gas station, bars, restaurants were right down the road within walking distance. Ash, the manager was efficient, personable and professional! Perfect Marina location! Safe, well lit parking lot. Clean rooms super fast wifi - internet! Highly recommend! Will stay here again for sure!. The owner was extremely nice and helpful! He was accomodating when letting us check in early, and the staff was very nice and attentive! It was perfect for a budget friendly option in San Francisco!. Great value for money: comparable hotels were 100 $ more expensive. Everything was clean and Ash (the manager) was funny and flexible. A great base to enjoy San Francisco! :-). - very nice and helpful staff; - clean room and shower; - location was near the bus (nr.30) stop that takes you olmost everywhere; - free parking space. Mr. Hash made the trip for us. He was cordial, friendly and went out of his way to make us welcome. Rooms were comfortable and extremely clean. Had the absolute best time!! The location is good with Chesnut and Union near where there are great shops, bars and cafes etc. Thanks to the Hotelmanager "Hash". He was very friendly and a "cool guy". We had a nice stay! The people at the reception especially facility manager, Mr Aslam, were very courteus and helpful. recently remodeled, very clean, close to the city for touring the town. very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and nice, location is not very central but still nice and close to public transportation which is much needed in san francisco because of all the crazy hills :) There's free parking!! The biggest plus in this inn is the stuff manager which is the funniest guy we have ever met :) he helped us around a lot and made our stay very pleasant. From the Israelis honey moon travelers :). Free parking, free internet, relaxing shower. I believe I stayed at this hotel under a different name and has been upgraded which was badly needed. The room had its quirks like turning on the heat hitting a reset button, turning on the shower by pressing the water valve but it was a fair value and decent room. I loved that we were close to the bus stop and lots of cafes are close by. I liked the man behind the counter. He was personable and he was very helpful with telling us where to go and what bus to take. The owner is super nice and is doing everything to make your stay perfect, although take into account that it is still a motel.. The area is very nice pubs and resturants close by. The manager Ash was funny, cheerful, and took care of all problems quickly. The location was perfect for my combination of business and pleasure travel. Great location close to lovely shops and restaurants on Chestnut Ave. Also close to bus stop and Crissy friends. The proprietors were very friendly and responsive to requests. The room was of good quality. The front desk clerk was very friendly and always trying to help. Staff was very friendly and the overall locations was very good. Room had new bathroom fixtures, nice shower and comfortable bed. The only thing we didn't really like, was that the bed wasn't very comftorable. I slept great, but that's the one thing that really stood out to us. None in my experience. The smell of the restroom. The coffee:))) But that's not a big deal with many good cafes in the vicinity. None Really, no complaints. This is an older motor motel, with all the amenities; clean, and very conveniently located. No second lock on the door but it was fine. Nothing to complain about! Some might find it a little loud, but hey, you're in a city!. Stiff bed. Outside of motel is dated and cheap looking. beds were a bit hard for our taste,while pillows were perfectly soft. Wish they have elevators for my disabled friend.. It is not very clean ,but I can stand!And it is a little noisy in the morning!. old tv. letsbookhotel.com need to advertise price to indicate extra taxes particularly for overseas travellers where the price you see is what you pay. Nothing, we were happy. Ash was so polite and nice!!!. a little expensive; No Print bill. Loud people next door at 1am laughing and talking by our door. Not enough outlets, not even for the alarm clock they supply; parking was tight, just getting into the lot with an SUV was a challenge. Don't leave the windows open... Can be loud if you do. The room was not clean when we arrived. Carpet in bedroom very dirty, mattress protector dirty and well past its best. Bottom sheet not fitted and too small, white towels off color. The noise- the walls are very thin so sound transmits (I could hear the guest in the next room snoring through the night!) The hotel is located at a major intersection of roads so a horrendous sound of traffic greets guests on arrival but this does become tolerable during the night. The unit "smells" because of the very old carpets. Perhaps a fresh paint can also improve things. Also, given the quality, the price was far too high. Parking was frustrating and the key cards on the door had a 1 in 5 chance of actually working to open the door. Exterior was very dirty and needed painting.
