The location of the guesthouse is very good, only a 2 minute walk to the historic centre and Diocletian Palace, and a 7 minute walk to the port (from where you can take the boats and ferries to the islands).   We were welcomed by Miranda as soon as we arrived and she couldn't have been more friendly or hospitable. Miranda and her husband spent time with us telling us about the city and a bit about their family. One night she even took us to a Roman food event being held within the palace.
