  We stayed at this brandnew hotel for seven nights. As every tourist, we arrived in Sapa very early in the morning. Surprisingly, we could check in as soon as we got to the hotel. That was great!   Brand new family run hotel with very nice, spacious, clean and quiet rooms. The room is nice decorated with local handicraft, has a balcony with amazing views of the mountains and a fireplace which we really enjoyed in the chilly evenings. Good breakfast. We booked a very nice day trip and for the following day a motorbike as well as train ticket back to Hanoi. Highly recommended, great - Extremely helpful staff, arranging tours, motorbike hire & transport back to the train station (ask for them to pick you up too as we had to wait an hour for the local minibus to be full before leaving). Gave us an extra duvet as was quite cold (visited beginning of Dec). Beautiful views from the balcony & the room was wonderful. 3minute walk to main street/restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

  Most amazing view - especially to wake up to. Staff were really good at organising tours and we're very friendly. Our room was huge! Our bed was two double beds together... Couldn't even touch my partner from one side of the bed. Breakfast was decent, but who cares with the view!

Evening meal was one of the best we had in Vietnam over the preceeding 9 days of travelli - Brand new hotel with new facilities and very clean. One of the most fantastic views I had from an hotel before, it really fits the name as the best view in Sapa. As it is new hotel there are some minor improvements to be done. I had a problem in the bath room but immediately they change me to another room, same standard. Receptionist speaks perfect English which helps a lot. The rest of the staff doesn't speak the best English but as they are so willing to help you will find your way to get hel
