Yen is warm,graceful,friendly, speaks English, very helpful!! Fresh juice upon arrival clean rooms,brand new!! Central location, near Chill Skybar, yours, shopping, food 11 breakfast included with drink-so good, fresh fruit in mornings for guests would stay here again and only here!!:) eat dinner across the street with open kitchen and "african food" actually has all types of food and amazing !!!.
all reviews » Stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Comfortable beds, decent shower, flat screen tv, good air con, room was cleaned and new sheets very day. Staff were very friendly, and took our bags up the many stairs on check in with a welcoming arrival juice. Tried to extend our stay, but unfortunately it was booked out. Whe arrive at the hotel at 7am (check in was after 12) and got offered welcome drink, shower and place to change our clothes. Also on last day (our plane was at midnight) we were able to use shower and there was no problem with leaving backpacks there for whole day. Great & kind staff!. This is a new hoel in this well known Pham Ngu Lao Street in Ho Chi Minh City. I found the hotel is very good in term of comfort, convenience, helpful and value for money. I certainly recommend to anyone and would come back to stay in my next quarterly trip to Vietnam. Great little hotel/guest house. The staff we're excellent and really attentive. Good central location with everything including food, drink and tourist sites within walking distance. The staff si extremely kind and helpfull. The place si really nice and you can sleep in quite even if you're very close to nightlife activities. We got welcoming drink. Renewed room, free breakfast. Nice new hotel, great staff and would stay again when im in Ho Chi Minh. Location is oke, but there are Much better quality/price hotels in the surrounding. You pay way too much for poor quality and especially hygiene. Rats, cockroaches we have seen them both. If you book cheapest room, prepare for highest floor + stairs. Lots of stairs. nothing at this stage. The location means it can be a little loud, we however bought ear plugs the second night and had a much better nights sleep. The room we got was a little small and it was loud from surrounding bars. Instant Noodles for Breakfast. Again there are way better hotels in close surrounding were you stay for the same or even lower rate. Besides They rape you off with their tours and taxi services, so please be aware of that!.
