overall, it was a pretty nice place. for the money here in san francisco, i am sure it was a bargain, but compared to other places, it seemed expensive for what you got. terrific location and nice people and very clean. Loved how friendly and accommodating everyone was. We stayed for a week so we got a chance to meet staff along the way. Rooms are clean and comfortable! Stayed at a lot of properties in SF. Love this one!.

It should be a free service like their offer to allow you to print your Boarding card. Perhaps free wifi for 2 hours daily. Expensive parking a day. Bar was very inflexible about helping with food selection there, particularly in regard to cheese board. Expensive for basic rooms Internet only free in the lobby Advertised pool was 6 blocks away Baby crib very uncomfortable. No free internet access. At the present time, when the Wi-Fi is everywhere available, this should be a standard solution. Breakfast is not included in the price. Price of the breakfast is not relevant to the quality. I alway enjoy staying at the Marriotts because there used to always be complimentary breakfast. No matter where i Traveled I always look for Marriott. There was no complimentary water, or cookies, piece of fruit, nothing. That disappointed me. Nothing. Everyone was great. The decor of the room was outdated and the bath tub was not deep at all. There was no mini bar in the room and no double glazing window and hence it was quite noisy. Don't bother with their breakfast. Their croissants were not even fresh. No slippers, no robe. not so convenient to pack light for a short trip. the price - $500 for a box!.
