  Super clean and comfortable room. Staff was awesome and friendly. Everything is still new, but no weird smells.   We loved the comfort of the king size bed. Having a kitchen gave us the opportunity to cook in or bring back leftovers to reheat in the oven or microwave. My husband could watch TV in the livingroom while I had the TV in the bedroom. - Everyone was wonderful at the AKA. The location was Fantastic!

  We were looking for a quiet getaway for the long July 4 weekend, and that's exactly what we got. We stayed in the lodge itself (there are also cottages with more amenities, which cost more), and had a clean, comfortable room. There was a hiking trail onsite that we enjoyed, and big pool that seemed empty most of the time. The lodge has obviousl... what people say » y been around since at least the 1950s, and has retained that mid-20th century charm, including an owner who walks around during the (free) breakfast - The owner and the staff were extremely nice and friendly. When the owner found out that I have cancer and my husband has a back injury, he offered to upgrade us to a cottage so that we wouldn't have to climb the stairs. He also had a breakfast tray brought up to my husband. The room was very comfortable, and the lodge and its grounds are beautiful. We hope to go back during the summer so we can use the pool.

  The hotel is beautiful, the lobby dome used to be a bank in 1900. Breakfast staff was excellent! We got a good rate with breakfast included with booking. Great location. - downtown location is great. Close to shopping, theaters, historical district and transportation. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

  I have stayed at 4 star hotels there were not as clean and comfortable as the Hampton Inn Phila/ Willow Grove. All staff very accommodating. You should not advertise this as a 21/2 star hotel ....luxury linens were great ....most travelers want to sink in clean comfy bed and bathroom.....this has it !
