  Staff was friendly location was perfect everything we wanted to do was no more than 10 minutes away. Facilities for children were nice and we would bring them there with us next visit. - The food that was served for the convention was excellent, the room was clean.

  The staff was extremely helpful. The room I was originally supposed to stay in was not ready and they automatically upgraded us to a better room extremely quickly, neither was inexpensive but I did appreciate it.   I liked the activities they had on Saturday. Staff is extremely friendly and try to their best ability to accommodate you. Pools were great. Lobby was beautiful too. Will definitely recommend to friends.

We stayed the night of Valentine's Day, and upon check-in the receptionist upgraded us from a Queen Premium to a Queen Suite free of charge; the room was absolutely amazing. We had much more room for activities. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed so not sure if this is a good representation but the room was fine, clean and comfortable. Very quiet too. The restaurant is good and both dinner and breakfast were lovely.
