The sandalwood soap, the quality of shampoo and rinse, the soap dish and toothbrush holder. The staff were exemplary!Always going out of their way to insure we had the best care possible!

  We had a 2nd floor apartment on a 2 storey block - try to ask for the 2 storey buildings when you book. It was fantastic. The location is great, just in front of the beach.We sat on our balcony every night and watched the sun go into the sea and then the sky turn beautiful colours. It was good to be opposite the shops. We liked the pineapple in the fridge when we got the - The view of Molokini Crater, Kahoolawe, and Kameole Two was unparalleled. The morning snorkling off the rocks in front of Hale Pau Hana afforded a great variety of fishes and many green sea turtles. Our unit was superb and the other guests and staff were friendly.

  The pool and location were amazing. We lounged around the pool almost every day and enjoyed the friendly service of the waitress that passed by. The hotel is right on the beach and a very short walk to Whaler's Village (a shopping mall). If that is not enough stores, Lahaina has more and the Westin provides a shuttle service that leaves every hour ... what people say » to Lahaina. - The property was gorgeous and child friendly.   This is Hawaii's Hawaiian Hotel. We had a room on the main floor, garden view, room 178 (smoking outside). It didn't face the large area of the garden, but it did have a small garden outside our room. We enjoyed it more because it was secluded. You could see the ocean through the trees. Many lounge chairs on the grass area and under trees. It is a 5 m - The Ka'anapali Beach Hotel is built upon traditional Hawaiian values and friendliness. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel sponsors a cultural enrichment and community give-back program that encourages its employees to honor their Hawaiian culture and to participate in community ventures.   We exited the taxi and were welcomed to the Four Seasons with a lei, which we expected. A porter took us to the check-in desk at 11:00 A.M. where only one girl was working. The check-in girl snapped at the porter stating she was already serving someone. We were able to charge our ipod, ipad, iphone 4, iphone 5 all at the same time. I cut my finger on the razor in - The staff were very welcoming from when we first arrived. Throughout our stay we were recognized and equipt for with no trouble. All staff were brilliant at remembering our names which was very impressive. Everyone had their role to maximize the fine detail around the hotel, the design was beautiful and the lay out was very nice. Rooms were spacious and homely. I would definatly recommend this hotel.

Geographically the condo was easily to find and was in a good position to access other places on Maui. It was lovely to wake up in the morning to look over the Pacific ocean. The rooms were well kept and very clean, I was very pleased to have a washer and dryer in our room.
