The cleanliness and ease. silence. The room was very clean, in excellent condition and much better value for money than the room I had at Days Inn Broadway NYC. The staff were helpful and polite. Reception staff were exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much for them.The staff were very helpful, courteous, and professional!. Friendly and easy to get to the airport.
all reviews » I have been there just for one night, it is very hard question for me. Convenience of location; shuttle service to/from airport. Ease of access via shuttle service to airport. Staff welcoming and could leave our luggage there for half a day after we checked out. This service depends on whether there is space available in the luggage room. buffet breakfast arrangements work well. close to airport, shuttle very handy. Cleanliness and finish of bathroom. Very close to airport. Staff helpful. Coffee in room. Take-away food delivered to Hotel. Having breakfast in hotel on morning of departure was very convenient. good breakfast, free wifi and close to airport. continental breakfast. Clean and Neat. i just want to thank you "Mr.Richard"- a hotel staff on Sat.12 about 3.00pm ..(sorry..i don't know his last name..) for his kindnees and helpful...please tell him that we're very appreciate his kindness..and if we have chances to visit NY again, we'll exactly choose Days inn JFK Airport..Comfortable and value for money. The hotel is very close to the JFK airport being suited for those persons having flights in the early morning.See above about my account. Rooms quite small.Lift is very slow. breakfast room too small and had limited choice. Carpet in the room was not clean. A free breakfast was offered from 6am onwards, at least 20 people checed out sooner that this time, maybe a dish of pastries and some cofe in the lobby would be a good idea for those leaving before breakfast.We had to leave at 5.30am and they couldnt accommodate our request for an earlier breakfast. too far away from downtown manhattan, unreliable shuttle service. No Kettle in the room and no half and half for the coffee. 24 hr tea and coffee was appreciated but I would have liked an earlier breakfast available as I had an early flight.Did get confusing directions from the hotel staff when we had called them up regarding the pick up. Another disadvantage is the fact that the drop to the airport is just by the hour which could limit your flexibility. However since i stayed overnight with an early morning flight, am not sure how accessible it is by the local transport. rooms too small. Room was small and no porter to assist you with luggage. The free shuttle runs every hour and this is not stated in the hotel informations. Moreover, although I requested informations about the shuttle I was not given informations on the shuttle stops and timings. Finally, there was people shouting in the corridors overnight.Extremely noisy. I did have a different experience as am not sure where there was loss of communication.As I entered the hotel,the receptionist informed me I don't have a booking inspite of me showing the ref no,The recptionist informed booking .com has different ref no and they don't have ref from your site .I would be grateful if you could address the issue,please as it reflects your website and the hotel.

Take belt Parkway East to exit 20 (1 exit past JFK Airport). Stay on service road (South Conduit) and stay in far right lane. Turn right onto 153rd Court.

*From Southern NJ and PA:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike North to exit 10 (440N) heading towards Staten Island and the Outerbridge Crossing. Stay on 440 going to 278, which will take you through Staten Island and lead you to the Verrazano Bridge. Once on the bridge, bear left. Exit to Belt Parkway East. Take Belt Parkway East to exit 20 (1 exit past JFK Airport). Stay on service road (South Conduit) and stay in far right lane. Turn right onto 153rd Court.

*From LaGuardia Airport:
Take the Grand Central Parkway East to the Van Wyck Expressway South. Once on the Van Wyck, take it to the end and exit at exit 1E (Belt Parkway Eastern Eastern Long Island). Follow signs for East 27 (South Conduit Ave). Once on South Conduit stay in far right lane. Turn right onto 153rd Court.

*From Upstate NY and Connecticut:
Take the Merrick parkway to the Hutchinson Parkway south. Follow signs for the Whitestone Bridge. After crossing the bridge, bear right to the Van Wyck Expressway South. Once on the Van Wyck, take it to the end and exit at exit 1E (Belt Parkway Eastern Long Island). Follow signs for East 27 (South Conduit Ave). Once on South Conduit stay in far right lane. Turn right onto 153rd Court OR Take i95 to Throgs Neck Bridge. Follow signs for Cross Island Parkway south. Take Cross Island to Southern State Parkway west. Southern State becomes Belt Parkway. On Belt Parkway take exit 21A, Rockaway Blvd. Stay on the service road (North Conduit) to the 2nd traffic light and turn left onto 150th Street. Turn left at 1st traffic light onto South Conduit and stay to the far right. Turn right onto 153rd Court.

*From Long Island:
Take the Southern State Parkway to the Belt Parkway west. On Belt Parkway, take exit 21A, Rockaway Blvd. Stay on the service road (North Conduit) to the 2nd traffic light and turn left onto 150th Street. Turn left at 1st traffic light onto South Conduit and stay to the far right. Turn right onto 153th Court.
