Accomodation was like comfort flat. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC, showers and jaccuzzi baths, livingroom and kitchen, TV sets, washmachine, cloth washmachine, cloth dryer... Really like a flat. Nice furniture, mirrors and beautiful view of a lake and aquapark from 11. floor. We loved staying in Westgate Palace. Highly reccomented!. We liked everythingn about this hotel, the room was absoluitely georgeous and super clean. Having four daghters it was important that we had multiple showers and had a full kitchen so we could cook breakfasts and dinners while we paclked lunches for the parks. And the location was great! Super Close to Universal.

It was great to have an apartment with 3 rooms, bedrooms seperated by the livingroom/kitchen, when you have two kids. Nice to have a washingmaschin in the room when you are on the road for 3 weeks. Abslolutly good value!. I loved where the location was from the hotel you can literally see everything. A group of friends and I went to Orlando for wet n wild and we loved our stay. The room was clean and neat, the staff was pretty ok, the pool was lovely and heated. The suites were a good size and had everything you would need. The buildings were secure and fairly quiet, considering there were families with all ages of children. Location was near near al lot of food and attractions. excellent lay out of rooms, good facilities, and enough space for a small family ( we had a two bed room apartment in B Tower) Pool clean and warm. Within 2 minutes of I Drive, wet & wild, and Universal City Walk. We had a two bedroom suite. It had a kitchen, dining table, and sofa. It was very roomie and comfortable. Close to outlet malls, universal studios, sea world, and lego land was only 45 minutes away. Great location. The rooms were very spacious and it was wonderful to have a functional kitchen in our unit. It was also nice to have multiple bathrooms. In addition, the location was ideal as we were visiting Universal Studios. The staff was very helpful and always friendly. The room was spacious and provided just the right number of beds for our family. Having two single beds in a separate room as well as a pull out couch was a plus. loved the two seperate rooms and pull out couch, all with own tv's. Loved the jacuzzi tubs in both bathrooms...loved having 2 bathrooms, loved the spacious bartop so that we could all eat together... The "condo" type room. The cleanliness, the location to restaurants and able to order in. Comfort of beds, accommodated and 18 year old, 10 year old and 5 year old, plus 2 adults. Good stay for families. We had a two room unit with full kitchen. The location is great and if we come down for another trip we will definitely consider Weatgate Palace. I love the availablity, the amenities,the location. The room was smaller then I had thought and our keys kept giving us trouble but other then that I would highly recommend this hotel. The shower doors did not seal at the bottom, so the water ran freely out into the bathroom floor. This happened in both our bathrooms. Nothing..couldn't fault it and will use it again if we go back to Orlando as a family. There was nothing I did not like. We thought the common areas were a little lacking. Also, because we thought we were reserving a hotel room, we were a little surprised at the lack of in-room entertainment options (i.e., movies for order). However, we had a positive experience overall. The bathroom in the masterbedroom was a bit cramped. The price for each night was too much for the small "room". NO HOT TUB! for the price, there should have been a hot tub. My only complaints are the room was not completely clean (dust bunnies along furniture and walls) and bathrooms in slight disrepair (water damaged walls and molding). Shuttle service to the parks is misleading. It's better to get preferred parking if your hitting the parks with little ones. I didn't like that the guest toilet backed up twice while we were there. The first time they sent someone immediately to fix the problem. After that the toilet backed up again and we were not accommodated at all! I like the facility but not sure I will go again because I could have been accommodated for such a huge inconvenience. When we arrive the front desk staff wasn't really nice. I watch them be really rude to some customers that were in front of me and having some problems with their reservations. I also called downstairs to talk to a front desk staff member and she answer me "What's Up" Also, I had another family member that came in the next day and she also made a comment about how rude the front desk staff were. Couldn't locate any refreshments other than soda vending machine after 11 pm and didnt feel like going out to get snacks! Would have loved room service!. Nothing. I requested a late check out 2 months prior to arrival and it was denied!. No Free hot breakfast all u can eat. The mattresses on the beds were extremely uncomfortable and really needs to be replaced. Dryer didn't work too well. Door could have been made of different material to muffle the noise better. there was nothing we did"nt enjoy in orlando. The lounge was a little small for 4 adults with only 2 dining chairs also the lack of wardrobe space in the master bedroom if you are staying for several days. Single, small beds in bedroom and unlevel broken? pullout sofa. Not enough parking and overflow lot unsafe at night plus no crosswalk. Just a note as a trial attorney I would take a case against Westgate if a client was injured in this lot or crossing the street. I hated the fact that I paid over $400 for 2nights and didn't get free Wi-Fi...I Could have stayed at a cheaper place and they would have at least provided that. I think the $9.99 charge per day (which I refused to pay) needs to be changed to free. nothing. The housekeeping service was horrible. I called on more than one occasion and never got the room cleaned. I was on the property three days! The TV's in the room were really small for the size if the rooms and they didn't offer many channels. I didn't like having to pay extra for wifi, for the amount of money I paid for a room wifi should be included. The air freshener that is used is to strong and has a floral scent, definitely not for people who have allergies. I didnt like the run around I got on the phone, but Tesa took care of everything and made it plesant. Front desk staff not friendly. The timeshare sales pitch/owners update took 2 and half times longer then they said it would. The internet in the room was poor. The living room and kichten were a little small, and you had to pay to use your internet. Can't think of anything I did not like!. Waiting in line for 30 minutes to check in. Room was way smaller than the one advertised. Swimming pool to small and full of kids. No dislikes!. Pressure of trying to buy their property. That it didn't have free wifi. And the door keys were tricky. anything. Expensive.
