2 bed suite with 2 bathroom and walk in wardrobe All u need in the kitchen and a laundry room on site. Only there one night the pool looked good (was it heated?) sun terrace was a bonus. Near the tourist information office and lots of restaurants. When upgrades finished sure it will be good. Used it at wrong time but price was good so would recommend. The hotel was in a great location, friendly staff, kitchen in the room. Breakfast was great. Heated pool and two jacuzzis. Perfect for a family trip with an arcade and gym. Room was spacious and comfortable. Multiple gates allowing close entrance to the room. With a room key you get $3 off a meal at uno. Well lit.
all reviews » Room for 7 adults. Had 2 bathrooms and 3 tvs. Liked the breakfast each morning. Liked listening to Christian music during breakfast. Cleaning staff cleaned our dishes also, didn't expect that. Perfect location for Disney/Sea World. The hotel is very good I went with my family and everybody enjoy to be there my granddaughter was so happy she said I would like to be here forever she is 4 year old and she enjoy the swminpoor thanks all the staff we enjoy a lot. I like the convenience of the location. I also appreciated having extra room and rooms in the same unit together. There is nothing like coming back from a day at the park where our family can relax together. Location close to Sea World and Universal Studios. A whole range of very nice restaurants and a supermarket to be found on International Drive within walking distance. Very friendly receptionists. Great location. The front entrance was closed so shocked at arrival as fenced off. Should have been warned. Housekeeping didn't clean the room properly. Room had a musty smell to it when we opened the door. There were no fans for the bathrooms. It was everything we needed and wanted I have no complaints. Studio was rather dark and stuffy, air-conditioning quite loud; breakfast room too small and overcrowded, long waits at the buffet. Hotel is under complete renovation so sections were closed. It will be nice when it is complete. 2nd room did not have 2 single beds. The room we stayed in could use some updating but everything in the room was functional. The elliptical was not functioning in the gym but that was a minor problem. Breakfast did not flow very well. We were in line to get waffles for about 45 minutes. By the time we got to a table to sit and eat, the eggs were cold and the juice was hot. They need a better set-up for serving breakfast. Nothing cone to my mind. Shuttle to universal was late, we had to 30 minutes in a down pour. Breakfast was included in tariff - not great. Beds were kinda hard. nothing. The nois of other gests, the shower area is small and at night the air conditioning don't function the same. a little outdated. Hated the renovation was located at the back of hotel and the construction woke me early intended to sleep late. Breakfast. Renovation is a drag, they closed the pool, small breakfast variety, no water or electricity in cerain times. Front desk and breakfast are in improvised rooms and it feels like a very cheap place because of that. Problems with hot water - they were fairly hot but not what you'd expect. I didn't like that what I was showed on the internet, I was not given that type of room. It could be better!!! They were remodeling and the breakfast was really poor! The pictures in the website does not replicate/show how is the bedroom in reality. Needed update.
