I have seen this hotel from road for years when driving by on the way to Universal studios. This hotel has fun castle like appearance that made me book it for fun. The hotel is great! At entrance, already outside there is old times castle like music, bit off tune, but it's great. Make you smile. ROOMs are spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool is a bit shallow but ok. Hottub is...hot. ;) brekfast is great. Altough variaty is small, the fresh made omelets and pancakes makes it work. Universal Stu.
all reviews » We were positively surprised about our stay. Warm and frendly staff, affordable price with breakfast included and a pool area which was great with small children. I can warmly recommend this to anyone who plans to visit Disney World or other parks. Over exceeded our expectations!. Everything ! Really Clean , staff was very friendly , attentive etc. also they cleaned the room every day I stayed there which it was awesome !!!! & everything was close shopping centers, parks, restaurants ill definitely go bacl to this hotel on my next trip :)!!!!. The room was lovely, and cleaned well, with amazing facilities. Really close to all the parks. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Also has some really good bars and restaurants within walking distance. Would stay there again if return to Orlando!. the hotel looks like a Castle. the room is big enough and bed is comfortable. it's convenient to go to theme parks as hotel offers tickets sell and shuttle reservation. besides, it takes about 10 minutes' walk to restaurants. The room was very clean. The bedding was comfortable and nice. The pool area was secluded and relaxing. The movie shown at the pool at night was a fun feature. We loved the hotel and it was in a great location. price was reasonable, location was great for the parks, we came in from a cruise and were able get an earlier than normal check which allowed us a few more hours to relax from an early morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a good location and not too far from Disney. Hotel was nicely decorated and looks just like the pictures online. I enjoyed my stay very much .....I will return again but this time stay much longer i was only there one night this time.CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!!!! AWSOME PLACE. Music outside, friend,y staff, washing machine wish we had been told abt it, peaceful, good location. Stayed here for the second time and everything was fine again. Recommend for business travellers. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly, I belive Eddie was on duty, very nice guy. I loved the theme of the castle. At breakfast, the breakfast room has only few tables, with staff of 3 plus cook for omelets and pancakes. Buffè tables were almost all the time empty, because staff was trying to over compensate with serving tables, instead of making sure that there is actually something to eat. Breakfast could maybe vary a bit more :). Vending machine only had coke :( I needed water !. nothing. a jaccuzi tub would have been nice. The bathtubs should have some kind of anti-slip shield. My little one slipped and fell. The heating/cooling system could be improved. It was either too warm or too cold in the room. Most hotels have at least a free continental breakfast. This one did not. nothing. There wasn't a shuttle service and we paid more to their car service than a general cab. The breakfast wasn't nice at all, we didn't add it to the room but we ordered it 1 morning, the eggs and bacon both tasted off an the toast was warm bread - was not at all happy with that (maybe because we had room service instead of eating in dining room!). Nothing. That the hotel offers you only one drink with the breakfast. You have to pay if you want an aditional drink. Nothing. The castle needs a two room king suite that was the only down fall. Needs a Jacuzzi in the room to. Outside bar was a bit cold. No balcony, no mini fridge and no microwave!. no ,microwave,no refrigerator . Room initially assigned smelled strongly of cigar/cigarettes, second room assigned did not have the requested king size bed, third room was correct . Aircon too cold in corridoors!. no airport transportation. House keepers were loud right outside the room doors while cleaning... And the no free breakfast and paying five bucks for a bottle of water was suck... Nothing. I liked the hotel and would recommend it to anyone. Breakfast buffet a bit limiting, bar area small and lacking in atmosphere. nothing. No negatives..... Great stay!. Getting to hotel from international drive. The pool did not seem to be heated. Nothing much for dislikes. Room service food-terrible no table and chair in room to eat on no vending area to buy snack food and heat in a microwave. more information. Nothing stands out. The front desk did not tell me To use my room key to get the elevator to move, to my floor.
