Hotel was very clean. Room was furnished well, bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was quite good, coffee was excellent. I love the room rate I got for a king size suite. The room was perfect size, clean, and the breakfast was awesome. Room clean, big enough, confortable bed, house cleanning effective, very nice pool, no a lot of noise.

Pool area was nice but it's December so we didn't use it. everything really. The location. The location. Layout of breakfast area was a bit strange, but was to accommodate large numbers. We weren't there long enough to experience anything bad. Breakfast is horrible,. The corridor needs improving but I suspect that may increase the cost. staying off the hallway is very loud. they did have a signal "please do not disturb" , so I had some problems with the room keepers entering at room in wrong time. The breakfast that was provided each day was the same and low quality.....from a scale from 1-10 it was a 3 and the area for breakfast was to crowded and there was not enough room to sit for people. The mould around the bottom of the Jacuzzi wall - it smells!. the morning stop wasn't helpful at all. Needs aesthetic improvements. The rooms were not that great. Bathroom had hair in the tub and a little dirty. The break fast. The same things every day. Very poor. Poor claning inside the room. Shower was broken. Arrived too late to request another room. Was not greeted with a smile at check-in. Clerk was all business not at all welcoming. Whirlpool in the Pool area had only 1 jet working. Safety lock on door was in poor condition. Breakfast was a disaster. Food was not replaced in a timely manner nor were spills cleaned up. As a result I had coffee only. Stairs wer littered with paper upon arrival which remained until check-out at 11am. The staff were rude. The room was gross. I booked two rooms and some of our party got sick and didn't stay. It was too late to cancel they wouldn't do anything to help so we had to pay for two rooms and they didn't want to give me the key I the other room so the could basically rent it twice. There was a huge wasp in our room. The pillows were 1/2 the size of a normal one. The carpet was nasty. Left a lot to be desired. nothing to not like pleasant staff comfy beds. Roaches!!! Roaches!!! Roaches!!! In the drawers, on the ceiling, on the walls, in the bathroom, on the furniture in Room 360. I turned on the light the next morning and they were crawling all over the table!!! And there were 4 large Raccoons that knocked over the trashcan by the stairs on the way to our room and a Cat Clan of 7 on/around the dumpster. Very unpleasant experience. Had to find another place/hotel to stay for our vacation. Where do we start ! In a 30 minute queue for breakfast and no where to sit. Beds not made & bed bugs. Pools not clean. Music on all night from pool area. Noisy people coming in at all hours. By the way we have never complained about an holiday experience.
