I loved being so close to Disney and all the attractions in Orlando. The house was very nice and roomy and helped saved money by eating at least one to two meals in. Great value for your money. The pool was a great addition also. On my next trip to Orlando I will be renting a house from Alamo Vacations Homes again. We were delighted with the flat, spacious, well designed, bright, clean (with plenty of extra towels), overlooking lake Cay which was a extra bonus, close to the pool and Club house with excellent facilities for a little family like us.

Not far from the amusement parks. I enjoyed the privacy. Having our own townhouse was much better than being at a hotel. The spaciousness so our family could spread out. The pool, the hot tub, the game room. 1st time in USA. Loved Orlando, Loved our accommodation. Good value. Spacious for price. Close to Orlando. Clean environment and the in house supplies. Location, accommodations, cleanliness. everything. Price. Nice space. The house was a good size. Good wifi. Great location. Nice area close to most everything. The town home was layed out well and spacious. Had a great pool and had tennis courts. Nice screened in back porch facing a park. Rooms,kitchen,space. I liked everything. Vista Cay/Alamo was everything I wished for with no negative aspects. Ice maker on Fridge did not work. I paid too much money to not have enough towels for five nights or toilet paper. It was six of us and one roll for the whole stay was not cool. Plus when I was having problems trying to find the place. I left a message and my calls were not returned. Bad business.. I was extremely disappointed that the key we were given for the pool didn't work. It as quite embarrassing to walk all the way there (in my swimwear) and try multiple entries and not be able to get in. There was no soap of any kind but once we called, the management responded promptly to rectify the situation. Pool was very dirty. Bugs. Inability to control air condition. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. The bed linen and pillows were subpar Old tv'S. Paid a cleaning fee yet still ended up cleaning. No up to date television. Only one small tv in master bedroom. No washclothes for guests to use. This was a three bedroom house wth 6 guests. Need improvement with the tv situation all guest don't wastch the same shows. The price is too high.it have sup post to be 65.00 a day for 6 days and they charge me more than 800.00 it not worth it. Walls were filthy! Several brown hand prints on the wall and several spots that looked like someone had wiped snot on the wall. The dining room chairs were filthy as well. Every chair looked like something had been spilt on it. Roaches in the bed. Go to pick up a keys in another places , and returned far away,hidden cost for deposit,the tv obsolate,and we need a tv in each room.
