Our room was cool and clean, the pillows were so comfortable. The housekeeping staff were responsive, when we wanted our car from valet there were enough to accomodate everyone who needed them, everyone told you their name and asked if they could do anything else for us, we had dinner at Normans and it was one of the best meals we have had in a long time- our waiter was David and He was exceptional. He explained everything on the menu so beautifully. All of the staff at the restaurant were very.

Made our visit memorable also top marks to your chef we entertained family who were staying at another hotel they commented on quality of meal first class. My girlfriend birthday was the reason for the stay. She had never been to a truly 5 star hotel. When I mentioned to the staff that we were their for her birthday they went above and beyond to make her feel special. I found the staff excellent and constantly helping with every request. Staff were patient and very very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants luxury at an affordable price. The staff was exceptional, always greeting you by name. There are a lot of activities - fishing, kayaking, lazy river, spa, golf etc. and the dining was incredible. Can't wait to go back. Our first room had a bad smell in it and when we informed the reception we were promptly relocated - no questions asked. The room and the whole hotel is very nice and luxorios. The views from every single room are beautiful. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking and I could not imagine staying anywhere else on my next trip to Orlando. Fantastic straff, vet friendly and service minded. Nice rooms and a great breakfast that was a bit expensive but worth the money. I cannot think of anything that could be improved at this hotel. Didt request valet parking but had little choice said I would be be back after reg, returned to find car in valet car park. Did not find one issue. The prices were a bit steep, but if you can afford it, it is the best hotel for your money. The wifi was lousy. In my first room it only worked in the toilet so I had to change room. In my new room it was better but I kept 'falling out' of the wifi constantly, extremely annoying when you are on a business trip and need to work. They also charge for the wifi which I consider as bad as charging for the amount of toilet paper you use. Greedy!. Lots of extra charges, WiFi was not functional. Other guests said the same. very expensive unjustified we stayed 10 nights that really costed us more that $3,500 not to mention $25/day for parking. but still we have enjoyed the stay. On the nite of July 4, their largest restaurant was closed and we had to eat at the JW Marriott at 10 PM !. The air condition was terrible! It doesn't work as a heater! And it was too cold in our room. Nothing. Semelle Of thé room was awful.The hotel seems old and the feeling isn't great.
