The view from the room was a wall with a fire escape - best not to open the curtains!. Pillows was bad. We asked for 2 rooms beside each other so that children would be next to us but the rooms were around the corner from each other.The room was oldfashioned, not so nice. Varm vater was missing a long time in the mornings. The hotel was at the Korea street, which was surprising. No mention about that on hotel information of Booking.com. It was still okay. Too expensive. The bar at the 14th floor makes difficult to take lifts without waiting long. the room reservation was not as requested; I specifically asked not to near an ice machine and the room was directly across from one. We had to have 2 lightbulbs replaced as they weren't working when we arrived and the room was too dark without them. We had to have a repairman come 3 times to get the air conditioner working properly. Our toilet didn't flush well - we needed to jiggle the handle repeatedly to get it to flush.We had 3 people in our group, 2 men and a female. There were two beds inthe room, and we asked for a third so everyone could have their own bed,and they wanted to charge an extra $25 a night which wasoutrageous..also, there were not enough outlets in the room so we coulddry our hair when someone else was getting ready in the bathroom... lack of bathing tub and blumbing in the sanitry facilities is bad and breakfast was not up to standard.The rooms are very noisy because of the hotel location. Later breakfast end time; considering it is the city that never sleeps, I missed breakfast both mornings. The fact that the room key did not work after check-out time (12pm) even though it was only 12:30pm. I had to wait in line to get a new key and then come back after getting my luggage and wait in line again to check out.Reception staff (2) both sharp and i waited to speak to them. I was apparently in a smoking room (I asked to be in a non smokingroom).The hair dryer was not working. The tv was not working well.only two slow elevators that are shared by personel who transport linens and towels with them. Further, at breakfast, everything plates and spoons and knifes, are all styrofoam and plastic. Price/product relationship is way off at this establishment. Room too small, small and unusable windows.The first night the room was noisy and smelly, when we were moved to another room our stay was greatly improved. In the rooms there is a strong smell from the asian restaurants from theneighborohoods; the breakfast room is very small; we didn't have naturallight in the room and the panorama was horrible. The room was very cold. Heating did not work. the service. Yes, problems with heating in the room. Maintenance was called twice and I finally had to deal with a portable heater. The room was very small and cramped. The tv channels were hard to receive.
