Excellent location, excellent staff. Everything was brilliant, the staff couldn't do enough to help you and the room was perfect in every way. I love the variety of the mini bar and the comfortable sheets. Location and service was excellent. Close to broadway shows; Comfortable beds. This hotel is in a great location and great value for Manhattan. Roomsare new, clean and contemporary.

Clothing storage is very small andimpossible to hang anything that is long such as a dress or coat and toomuch stuff on the tv stand so that you have to move everything to viewthe tv and there is really no where to move it to. Rooms small and quite expensive. Absence of kettle for coffee or tea in rooms unfortunate. There is no real breakfast offering. No kettle in the room, when we asked for one we were told that only certain rooms were allowed to have one, but they wouldn't disclose which room type they were. We were in a King Delux! Heating is terrible in the rooms, it's blow heating which is very noisy and nauseating but rooms are freezing otherwise in January.We missed a coffee machine in the room. The room decor was nice, but nothing else about the room itself wasspectacular. I felt the room itself was only average. Room seemed to begeared more for a person traveling solo.This was my forth stay. Prices have risen dramatically. I thought it was less luxurious than its made to sound! Certainly I have paid less and had better facilities in NY. At the Sofitel for example just down the road from this hotel.Tried to watch a film several times and it would not work. Staff did try to help but concierge could have been more helpful. Also the fact that the site does not highlight to European customers that tax is not included is misleading - thought it was already included. the room space was too small, there was no desk. It was so difficult to work in the room. And Sending the e-mail did not work. There were nobody to have the skill to solve the problem....
