Very friendly, professional staff. Everyone was nice and always had a smile on their face, but not at all in an obnoxious way. Sam is very helpful. The room is quite large and spacious, and the bed comfy. Bathroom is nicely done, too. Location is excellent - right on West 3rd, a couple minutes' walk from the Beverly Center, great restaurants on 3rd, and boutique shops. The staff were helpful and friendly. The little details like receiving the weather forecast for the following day together with a chocolate. The location of the hotel was great. Close to shopping malls. It was clean and modern. I was very impressed!.

It took a long time for my luggage to be delivered to the room. Rather old and you can smell but clean and tidy. Very noisy AC but it didn't bother me. No breakfast included. JUST A SUGGESTION:Coffee in the lobby along with fresh cookies from across the street would have been fantastic. They changed from a table service breakfast at the Churchill to a buffet for $13, which was frankly pretty meager. It would be nice to have a full breakfast available at the hotel. Walls are very thin. Nothing wrong. Swimming pool and gym are very small. Room with a balcony on a wall!.
