The location is great- in the centre of the town, close to the Metro, all biggest shopping malls are around the hotel, there are a lot of cafes near the hotel, the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast is nice, the staff was very helpfull!. great location. great staff. clean rooms at a good price and very close to everything. good free breakfast. Staff was great, rooms clean and location was very good for me. I like the staff very much. Very friendly people, were always willing to help. The location was very convinient as well- just two steps from one of the central metro stations. location price. Convenient location. Furnishings were very nice. location and quiet area. That it is central. The bed was ok, and the room and bathroom also. Theboys/girls at the reception were usually very friendly and helpful.iliked, that breakfast is included in the price. I liked thecoffeemachine in the room!. The young girl at the reception desk was immensely helpful, competent and made guests feel specially welcome and comfortable. Air cooler was a bit loud but who cares.My room was too small, but for the price I will not complain. There was very cold in my room. Although there was a conditioner, it worked very poor.Front desk not well informed. yes, I've let staff know and sending in a comment card. I did not like all the disposable plates and forks and spoons forbreakfast and for coffee in the room!! Go green and use at leastenvironmentally friendly disposables, or even better, normal plates andcups. I did not like, that most of the time, the internet did not work. Garbage collection outside my room early in the morning.
. The breakfast was moderate fruits were never available when asked why answer given was finished should have been refilled. no restaurant, bar had strange opening hours!. a bit noisy backward. We would recommend that you staff the front desk with more than one person during very busy times. The young woman was very efficient and pleasant, under the stressful situation. A manager should be on hand to take care of the unpredictable...such as with a couple whose room had been occupied by another guest. Most annoying for them, and the very nice clerk had her hands full.their breakfast room could be done up a little better. Room was pretty small but the price also. So i guess it is oke. the overall condition of the hotel-such an old hotel, staff were not very courteous and some guests were allowed to cook salmon in their rooms. Very small showers, no telephone in room. The room is small. Some reviews mentioned the hotel was built in 1930s. Like one of the reviewers mentioned, we did see a few tiny white bugs on the carpet. Then we changed the room, we did not see any later on. Not really nice position during the night; many noises from outside during the night.Refurbishment and modernization should be seriously considered. The room and aisles smell like old stuff. There was a lot of noise at night preventing us from sleeping. The breakfast is very poor and in an unattractive room.!! Bed bugs !! I found ticks crawling through my new bed, which when!! squashed left stains of the previous tenants blood on the sheets.!! When I reported it, the staffmember didn't appear at all surprised!! and eventually transferred me to another room. I didn't see the bugs!! there, but today I am covered in little red welts from the bites.!! Totally unacceptable, and not even an apology or any concern.
