Convenient to eateries and shops on foot, as well as to the beach. Never took my car out of the garage. Staff was extremely courteous, efficient and quickly responsive to our needs. Elegant rooms, bedding, view of ocean. Loved the fact it was centrally located to the beach, 3rd St. Promenade & wonderful restaurants. Simply lovely boutique hotel. Bed, pillows & sheets were fabulous!!! The perfect romantic getaway!.

I enjoyed the very small gym..that could be expanded..did go up to the Penthouse for drinks..very nice. Location - Close to beach. Seaview. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Clean. The staff was accommodating. The room was very comfortable. Slept great. Room sizes were extremely generous and very comfortable. The location and the restaurant on te top. Pillows, sheets and beds were perfect!. Location parking wifi. Decor was very cool. everything was great. The hotel has a good location and very interesting interior design. The rooms are spacious and the beds are good. Location was good. Staff attentive. The views from our room were good. The rooftop restaurant was very good except for my husband's breakfast. No coffee in lobby. Had to pay approx. $2.50 for a silly cup of coffee in the morning. No microwaves in room. Tiny, tiny bar refrigerator wouldn't accommodate our 4 water bottles. Booked an ocean view King and was initially put in a Queen room however, they rectified it quickly. Shower/water pressure was dismal but they were eager to fix that problem as well. We were understanding and they were gracious!. No tea making facilities... There has to be a jug provided with tea and coffee.. We don't want to have to dress to come down to foyer and get tea or coffee. The fact that you are charged for wifi..We were abhorred.. It bothers me at these rates that WiFi is not free. There are no coffee/tea facilities in the room.there was no bath in my premium room.Wi-Fi costs 10 dollars a day. Ocean view was no so good,as I expected. We had children and its a decent walk to attractions, so best suited to taxi or car. no pool. Rather noisy 2 lifts not adequate for size of hotel and had to wait 15 minutes for valet parking car return very badly organised. Bar area was basically a disco so no where to sit of an evening. The hotel has only one lift that makes the whole check-in/ check-out and generally moving very frustrating. The staff are plain rude (except for the bell service guys) and seem consider that staying at the hotel is already a favour so one shall not ask for more. I cannot recommend it, despite the good location, and will never stay there again. Air Conditioning did not work properly..75 Degrees at all times. Drain in sink did not work. Rm. 1710. It is in need of renovation. Very poor value for money. No spa bath as advertised, no tea/coffee making facilites. Furniture poor . The bell boy said it was not the "Malibu Suite" the receptionist said it was!!!!!!!.
