location was great, parking was good, room very clean and tidy, excellent value, would definetly stay there again when travelling to hollywood and would highly recommend it to anyone. Location, friendly staff, excellent room, price, wifi. The rooms were fabulous and we were lucky in that ours were beside the main balcony with tables and chairs. The location was perfect - beside both Hollywood and the freeway.

The manager was friendly. Evening time streets don't feel safe and not early morning. odd people near the hotel, but quiet.air condition was near bed. attitude of staff in some situations that arose. Quarters are required for the ice machine. The lighting was inadequate and prevented our reading in the evening; there were no bed lamps. The manager was unable to help with directions from the airport. Would like to see a small lounge/cafe area set up for breakfast, pantry- like feature, vending machines, internet access and hang out/exchange notes. With limited land space, perhaps a new mezzanie floor above the carpark could be a possibility.The lack of a common hall/dining room for breakfast which was anyway very limited:one coffe/tea with one donut each!! Direct access to my bedroom from the street, even if there was a sort of controlled yard. Limited packing spaces. continental breakfast was just coffee and donuts (not so great for someone wanting healthy options!). a bit noisy being very close to the freeway, a wee bit dodgy area but fine during the day. Room smell very strong (like some chemical or may be from decorative material used). When come back in the evening, I have to open door for 15 min to make it tolerable everyday.breakfast described as continental but it was just donuts and coffee. Smells a little (maybe the products used to clean). And the TV is useless since it is impossible to see anything.Breakfast was awful. Donuts and cofffe located in the office area, no dining room. Room was noisy with other patrons coming in at all hours of the night. quite dirty especially the shower...could not take a shower there. no good staff, airco did not work properly en de toilet was not good working.
