I did not expect much due to some reviews but I was very happy. My daughter and I were active all day and the location was convient to public metro and buses, and the beds were very comfortable. The Room had all we needed and they cleaned it well every day. The staff was all very polite and helpful. I would stay there again when traveling without

We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did.
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking

Beds and pillows were super comfy, nice bathroom, microwave and coffee maker in room, pantry on site to buy goodies, nice heated pool and spa, excellent location and very clean. Team members very friendly and good restaurant. -
Staff were excellent! ALWAYS friendly and helpful and made myself and my daughter feel very welcome! Beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in during our travels!!!!! Proximity to Hollywood Blvd and Metro.

Recommend to stay here if you are visitting Hollywood area. Great location, short walk to Hollywood Boulevard, walk of fame etc. short drive to Universal Studios and MGM.

Everything! The service amazing. We were made to feel like royalty the minute we walked in. The never ending snacks is a great idea and made us feel at home. Little Nick was wonderful to deal with, and helped us with a booking for the Magic Castle next door (incredible night). The location is right around the corner from the walk of fame and Chinese theatre. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

How could we not love our spectacular suite! Although our luxury King room on the 19th floor with views over the Hollywood hills was lovely and we would stay in this room type again, we upgraded to the breathtaking 2100 sq foot "panorama suite" on the 20th floor with a 270 degree panoramic view of the entire city and the beautiful Hollywood Hills.

1. We initially booked the deluxe double room however it was quite cramp and small. The next day we upgraded to a Junior suite which had a king size bed and a sofa bed (queen size probably?) which was very spacious.
2. Located in the heart of Hollywood. Connected to Hollywood/Highland Centre (one of the best spots to view the Hollywood sign) and right next to the Hollywood/Highland Red Line metro station. One metro stop from Universal City and a very short walk to the star walk, TCL theatre etc
