first of all, we are went to the wrong chech-in desk, took our about 30 minutes,Fortunately we are very satisfy with our room. it's big,clean, comfortable and good view. also the conciege helps us a lot,like Grand Canyon Tours and outlets shopping. we are exhibitor,for us it's very nice location. and we spent a great night to saw the show"Michael Jackson One" . Loved first room great view. Room layout is really nice having the half bath is a bonus. Room on 23rd flr was spotless and housekeeping was working really hard to keep it that way. The beach area was huge. Casino is large and clean. Not smoky and over crowded like some others. Getting around is easy with tram.
all reviews » Comfortable suite with fairly easy access and exiting through John Wayne Blvd. A bit of a walk to the casino but I need the exercise anyway. Liked the privacy and space of the rooms. Our room was quiet at night. Liked that the lobby was smoke-free and had a pleasant scent. Beautiful suite Right next to Mandalay Bay casino Near airport for AM getaway. Quiet Non smoking clean comfortable great bar quick taxi line. There is no casino in the lobby, it's nice and quiet. The atmosphere and design of the interior. Pool Area, Spa Facilities. Pool setting, rooms, views. Not much. Unfortunately i lost my ID in the safe and even i call the "lost and found"centre still did not find it. Shower in room was leaking to room below and I had to be moved which packing up and moving is a HUGE inconvenience. Front desk was nice enough to include breakfast for my inconvenience when I asked. 2nd room not as clean and view not as good as 1st room. Front desk stated they had no other rooms available. Based on experience in first room I would recommend and return. Beach area has tons of chairs all covered in towels and no one picking them up so you don't know if chair is in use. My request thru Booking . com was not passed on for adjoining rooms, this is normal according to the front desk. We were not able to have adjoining rooms with the rest of the family. I am not sure I will use Booking again. The way the lobby was laid out was confusing for me. The decor made me feel like I was going to slam into something. Not enough signage in parking lot to tell you how to get to hotel. nothing. They had no record of my reservation when I tried to check in. They were very polite, and luckily were not sold out. I showed them the email I received from you and they accepted that price. But had they been sold out I would have been furious at both of you. Too much smoke - everywhere Toiletries were not replenished every day Pad at front door did not work to notify for room cleaning or Do not disturb, so no doorbell either. Left Housekeeping a note but no response. Smoking in hotel. staff. Hmm.... list is long. The In-Room Dining Phone Staff is rude. The Room Service food is horrible and way too expensive.The general feel is very down market. The mini bar is a joke. In Room TV is a joke. Supplies provided in the room are insufficient and of poor quality.
