One involved a room too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty getting around.   The complimentary breakfast was superb. The lobby looked magnificent, and the price was excellent for the quality of the service and for the quality of the room.   The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via letsbookhotel.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. However, the front desk agent was kind enough to give us a top floor, which we enjoyed thoroughly. Smoking allowed in restaurant/casino/reception areas. Notified staff of two issues in room - water running in toilet and balky bathroom light switch - on second of three day stay. No action had been taken upon checkout. Charged more on bill than agreed upon amount. Pricing discrepancy resolved by letsbookhotel.com after inquiry by traveler.
