  We had a rather rocky start to our stay before we were finally put in a wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty getting around. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. One day during our stay the pool had to be closed for a few hours unexpectedly while it was treated with chemicals.   The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via letsbookhotel.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. However, the front desk agent was kind enough to give us a top floor, which we enjoyed thoroughly. No action had been taken upon checkout. Charged more on bill than agreed upon amount. Pricing discrepancy resolved by letsbookhotel.com after inquiry by traveler.

  The Bellagio was our hotel for our first visit to Las Vegas! The hotel is really beautiful and classy and right in the centre of Vegas. It lived up to all our expectations; the room was of superior quality, with everything you need to have a great stay in Vegas. All the staff was very friendly, and continuously wanted to know if we are okay and if... what people say » we need something, room service was the quickest I have ever experienced in any hotel. The rooms are also very quiet and when the curtains are closed - The Bellagio is probbaly the best managed hotel that I have ever stayed in. The facilities and glamour are world class and when we had a small problem with the bathroom lights, it was fixed straight away with no fuss whatsoever. More importantly, because of the 40% discount that you offered us, I don't think the price of the room was particularly expensive, especially compared to other hotels on the strip. I am recommending your website to all of my friends.

  We got an upgrade room at no charge, they were super helpful, we ordered room service twice and it was great. They made our stay wonderful. I live in Vegas and like to stay on the strip when going out, and have therefore stayed at many hotel/casinos.
