When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. I'd stay there again -

The location! Just two blocks away from Time Square. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around.
The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.

My husband and I really enjoyed the experience. The arrangement is particularly nice for business travelers staying longer, as it has a kitchen. The area is chockfull of nice eateries if eating out is your preference. (We ate all of our meals in the neighborhood).

Our contact Svetlana was extremely helpful when we needed an extra room to accommodate another guest in our party and she rearranged bookings to allow us all to be in adjacent rooms which was greatly appreciated. All the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful and our stay there was most enjoyable. -
