We got the 2 bedroom suite for 6 people an they're was plenty of room for sleep and personal space. They had three beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 balconys. We requested a top floor view of the strip and they were able to provide it to us, which was great except we had to wait literally 2 hours when they had told us it would only take no more than 30 - 60 minutes for them to check o

  We had a rather rocky start to our stay before we were finally put in a wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty getting around. I did enjoy the caring - A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator.
