  The staff was very friendly, the pictures of the hotel is real: "What you see is what you get" - The beds are comfortable, rooms has a good size for a hotel in Manhattan - Clean and nice! The bar is open til 02.00 and has a smoking area. There is free coffe in the lobby in the mornings, and fresh water and ice tea doing the day. Staff is helpful... what people say » and smiling. All in all it is a really good and nice hotel to stay in. It is quiet at night time, and is therefor both family friendly as group fri - The staff were brilliant. On check in we discovered another persons luggage in our room. They promptly removed that and then put us in another room....along with 3 free breakfasts, cocktails, beer and food! Gave us a late check out at no extra cost and the bar staff are very friendly. A great, clean comfortable room and not far from the sights or subway. I would stay again.

It is ny so the rooms are smaaaaa - The staff, location and excellent value. The rooms are small but very nicely equipped. 22nd street is more quiet than most, so the street noise was very low for NY. Neighborhood is full of restaurants and shops, subway is a short block away, and there is a Citibike stand right outside the front door.

One of our rooms had a view of the Empire State Building - great! But the other has a view of the wall of the building opposite! It was in a great location, walking distance from the shops on 5th avenue, Time Square ( if you don't mind walking 30 minutes), Madison Square garden, Megabus/Bolt drop off and pick up locations, PENN Station and literally seconds away from subway/Train station. I liked the pictures on the net before I booked but you most definitely have to see this place to believe it, especially the swimming pool, nestled between two asymmetric stainless steel towered... what people say » walls that look like there are from another dement ion , the whole pool area is stunning but the jewel in the crown of this hotel is the AMAZING poli - The staff are fabulous, very friendly, professional, cannot do more to help.
