We got an upgrade room at no charge, they were super helpful, we ordered room service twice and it was great. They made our stay wonderful. I live in Vegas and like to stay on the strip when going out, and have therefore stayed at many hotel/casinos. been upgraded to vip for free, and the vip suite was amazing. The bed
was very comfortable and the bathroom included a massage tub and a tv
mounted in the mirror. The spa is also very good and some parts are
complimentary. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price we
payed it was well above expectations. Would stay there again.

I can't say even one bad word about this hotel because it will not be true. Its location is very perfec becasue it is in the middle of the strip, it has a hot connection to Planet Hollywood and is a 1-5min walking distance from all popular strip hotels.
Stuffis extremely friendly and helpful and will answer any question you have. I can not even understand how those guys from security have the power to talk and be so friendly to every guest of the gotel give you both the feeling of hospitality
