We got an upgrade room at no charge, they were super helpful, we ordered room service twice and it was great. They made our stay wonderful. I live in Vegas and like to stay on the strip when going out, and have therefore stayed at many hotel/casinos. finished to a high standard. The hotel is ideally located for exploring
rest of the strip but a haven for escaping the noise also. The staff

We stayed here on our wedding day and it was the best choice. We have
been upgraded to vip for free, and the vip suite was amazing. The bed
was very comfortable and the bathroom included a massage tub and a tv
mounted in the mirror. The spa is also very good and some parts are
complimentary. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price we
payed it was well above expectations. Would stay there again.

We were able to drop our bags off before checking in, the pool(s) and hot tub(s) were great and open 24/7 (except for during a rain storm of course) . Not sure if this is a plus or a minus but this hotel is extremely family friendly which was not what we expected. It's also around the corner from the start of the strip (luxor/mgm grand area) and while "around the corner" in Vegas is still pretty far, the location was great for the price. Also room service was always super quick and friendly.
