There was breakfast at 4:45 am for us before we had to leave for the airport. Microtel had drivers available to drop us off at the airport at 5:00 am and pick us up at 12:00 pm on our return flight. It was amazing. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast was ok, wish it would have been open an hour later. The room was GREAT. The bed was comfy. Didn't see any bugs. Employees were great, called a cab daily for me at my request. I would stay here again if traveling to Indy!.
all reviews » Shower was best I've ever had on a trip, they must have read the negative reviews on their breakfast because they had a pretty solid selection and I didn't get down there til 9a.m. Nice and clean room/bathroom, the best beds we had during our roundtrip! Good to have breakfast included. Restaurant Kazablanca very close to the hotel has delicious food!. My husband and I always go to this hotel when we go see family in Indiana and we absolutely love it its a good price and the beds are comfortable its super clean!!. The reviews swayed me to book this hotel and it was great. This was the only hotel in the area that was smoke-free and does not allow pets. My allergies thank you!. Free shuttle to and from airport, very nice staff and concierge, room nice and clean and budget friendly.Restaurant they owned had good food and wonderful music. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and very good value for Money. 10 minutes walk from 8 Seconds Saloon concert venue. Would recommend. Staff were great. Very friendly & helpful both prior to our arrival, then through-out our stay. Great location wise for the Indy500!. Proximity to downtown was very good. Make a right on Rockville and 15 minutes later you're in downtown Indy. Our favorite downtown. Nice motel with a descent breakfast. Easy to get from hotel to downtown Indy. Live music at the restaurant next door was very nice. The room size was nice and the window seat added a homey touch. The staff was friendly. Pricewise it was very good. We were close to the Lucas Oil Stadium for a weekend of National Band Competitions. Easy to get back & forth. Room was clean bed was comfortable and location was close to where we needed to be and fresh coffee. Location staff comfortable beds booking for next year that should say it all indy 500 rocks. Great staff, free breakfast, clean room, location, restaurant next door, comfortable bed. Staff were super firiendly. The room looked very nice and was pretty clean. Large and clean room. The room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a fairly good breakfast buffet. If you just need a clean comfortable bed, this is a great deal. Maid service was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing!!. The location wasn't idea for us needing to go back and forth to convention everyday, but the price more then made up for that! We were able to take a cab daily- around $16-$20 and still had a great hotel for a better price then staying closer to the convention center. Would be FABULOUS if they offered a free shuttle for those staying here and traveling to downtown for business daily. Would have been nicer if breakfast stayed open an hour later too. Box tv and the tv placement is poor in the room. I didn't really like how breakfast is over so early!. The only slight issue I had was when calling the front desk during the evening no one answered the phone. Our only complaint was the towels were so small and very poor quality. Bring your own. Smokers outside the side door entrance every time we went in or out. The breakfast was mediocre at best. You should consider adding a waffle maker and real orange juice not the juice substitute you offer now. One miniture bottle of shampoo for 3 guests is unrealistic. Loud TV noise into the wee hours in adjacent room; slamming doors in hallway. Not much to say here. No indoor pool. Breakfast needs a little improvement, but you can't beat if for the price of the room. no ice and drinks on the second floor. No eggs for breakfast. Could of have hard boiled eggs. No spa or pool. We where on the first floor, the room above us sounded like a room full of animals stomping around.Thought they would never quit!. Wi Fi was hard to get on as the hotel was full. The "fitness room" was horrible! They shouldn't advertise a stuffy room with broken equipment and no TV as being a "fitness room". The towells were really cheap. Nicer towels could go a long way to improving customer satisfaction IMO. We did not like what they were serving for breakfast and ate out all three days. The driver of the airport shuttle was not very friendly. A brief hello would of been sufficient but we didn't even get that. He left about 10 mins before the scheduled departure. Thankfully my friend and I were in the lobby in time to catch the shuttle.
