I appreciated the fact that I was called back when I left a message with housekeeping about a computer cord that I forgot in the hotel room. The found my cord and are mailing it to me. That service was good!. Had a restaurant in the hotel, fitness facility was fairly large and had dumbbells and benches. Liked everything. The 24-hour food kiosk was great!. Location, Starbucks in lobby, water in the room.

Fitness room is good. Restaurants are also good. Meeting room and ball rooms are very good. I liked the fact the the hotel was located right off the highway. Easy access to the interstate, fair pricing. The beds were decent. The bed was comfortable. The service in the restaurant was horrible! I never ate the lunch buffet, but had the breakfast buffet food was decent, but the service was bad!. I had to close the bathroom door at night (Rm#372) due to the toilet flushing itself periodically. Breakfast was not included. cost vs. quality of buffett meals. lack of food amentities - even coffee/tea in lobby. No frigirator in room. Staff said the type of room requested is not guaranteed by the hotel if the reservation is made by hotels.com. So a making a reservation for a King room does not mean you will definitely get one. I didn't like the fact that the room had no room size refrigerator or microwave. Beds were like saucers. Despite NUMEROUS complaints about the WiFi situation they just continuously told us "It was being worked on" I'm from Canada so the WiFi was the ONLY way I could connect to family and friends back home. No one apologized for the situation or offered any sort of compensation of any kind. Trying to connect to wi-fi messed up my ipad. Had to reset it when I got home. Never got on the internet. Dance hall a/c was not working. Very bad!\ I heard after the fact the hotel did a dinner for the dancers but they did a poor job of advertising the fact. Elevator not working one night. The shower did not drain, when I told them about it they said it would be fixed. The second morning same thing.... Kinda gross for 110.00 $ per night. Room smelled of old stale smoke. Probably years ago before smoking was eliminated. No breakfast. When you pay well over one hundred dollars, now days you at least get a bagel??? No fridge. No micro??? Way toooo expensive for what you get.... The carpet was dirty and the pool was two ,we had to go around the back of the hotel to get to our room. And no door man to help us with our bag. And the ice machine was not on the floor, had to go to the second floor just for ice. The room could have been a little cleaner for my taste,.and the price could have been less there were three taxs on the bill .so our room cost $92.50 a night after all the taxes added in.
