restaurant served great gourmet foods and cocktails were fantastic, loved cushions on pool lounge chairs great artistic designs all throughout with exotic floral arrangements too great modern and sleek designed rooms, balcony with great views of the ocean and bay great gift shop and spa services, loved bliss products, great smelling soaps great deck serving drinks and appetizers and a fire pit in the evenings loved that they had a gathering and fashion show there loved movies on the tv and sna.

We can't say enough about the hotel from the décor to the amenities we loved every minute there. The pool area was fantastic. They set up a couple of coffee pots on the bar, and have a few pastries, and bread. Not worth it. If you don't have a real breakfast...say so. No beach chair. The access to the beach not comftarble. The lobby Too dark. The entrece it too complicated. Need to go on the elevator to get to the front desk and the lobby. Not kids friendly. service in the living room at breakfast was a little challenging. the server was cranky each day we were there. Cleaning was sub par- i was there a week, they never changed the sheets or even vacuumed the sand from the carpet. In a luxury hotel, it is off putting for wifi to be ala carte, and no coffee in the room. Had room service for 3 days. Not 1 was accurate! 1 tiny bar od soap for both sink and shower, for 3 nights, two adults and multile showers a day. Same ordel with shampoo and conditioner. Everything I needed took at least 45 minutes to be delivered, including my conditioner while I was in shower. Finally received "1" extra small bottle of conditioner. It was not enough still, even after the 45 minute wait, wet, with shampooed hair. Dirty carpet . Floor in general. Very noticeable when walking bear foot after shower. Apathetic, attitudal staff that failed to address our concerns after complaining by email, on the phone or in person. Staff, level of service.
