Loved the room, the overall design and especially the bathroom. The bath products were fabulous and the spa coupon was a lovely touch. All of the staff we encountered were professional, friendly and helpful. Loved the fantastic bed, most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Loved the bliss steam shower experience. Loved the complimentary products which were Bliss. Good service, Excellent device of whenever wherever(concierge), Good food in room dining, will return for sure. Best in Boston by far.

Not so friendly the staff, question you on entering the hotel if its a weekend night and ask you to show your room key. Room was a bit small but did not mind as we did not spend much time in it. No pool or hot tub, but really didn't expect one for a hotel in the city. No free WiFi in the room! Wee visited on our 3 weeks trip 6 different hotels. In all of these hotels the wifi in the room was free. the free wifi in the lounge is no alternative. breakfast not included was another subject, that we did not like. No coffee-Maker in the room; no free water in the room;. Even tho i was on the 12th floor the traffic noise made it sound like i was on the ground floor. - the hotel is noisy - The weekend, the hotel's loby transforms into a nightclub/lounge. We have had to show our room key in order to enter into the hotel what was realy unpleasant. No coffee maker in the room. Lack of in room coffee, was a real downer for us. Breakfast at 8am we awake at 5am. Get the point??. Laundry service was slow and didn't do a great job Valet service was cumbersome Thin walls and noisy hallways on weekends. we stayed for 5 nights and requested coffee pot and they took each day and we had to request they leave it but didn't happen,. Nothing. Don't have a single thing I did not like!. nothing. Your computer for printing out boarding passes needs work. The hotel is in the center of nightclub alley , if you want to sleep before 2:30 am I would not recommend it as the windows provide no barrier to the noise outside as well as the constant sirens. We had to ask for earplugs. The web should mention the parking price. The housekeeper started knocking on our door at 8:45am. We hadn't put the do not disturb sign but that was a little early. The Breakfast. Toilet bowl flushing could be heard clearly from the other rooms. Rooms were not that clean. Night club crowd outside hotel-drunk-very off putting. Hotel lobby not clean. For the $, it was a big disappointment. Security guards on the front door were extremely intimidating, especially for my 17 year old daughter when she came in on her own. Charging for wifi in this day is outrageous.
