Great breakfast, fruit, cereal, eggs, waffles, pastries, yogurt and lots more! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but clean and cozy. Great location as well! Have stayed at the Milner in Detroit, both are great!. Room was large and comfortable and clean. price, location. The staff were helpful and the convenience and location made the stay worthwhile. Breakfast was fast and good.

The internet connection wasn't good at first (had to get a new cable), no gym, and also no desk so it wasn't easy to use a computer, but it was a cheap and convenient place with a friendly staff so well worth it.cold in the room, windows not very tight. Te flat screen TV was wall-mounted to the side of the bed instead of a better angle for viewing.no wireless in the room, although announced in the ad. The bed could have been a cardboard box with a sheet on it.My bedroom at the front of the hotel was noisy. Room keycard needed reset after every use. on a cold night the heater could not keep the room warm. Nedds an upgrade. Heating/AC system does not have thermostat and does not switch off/on automatically -- quite inconvenient. . Very late check-in - 3 pm. I check in during shift change. Clerk was a bit snotty.Difficult front door access--steep steps with no landing for suitcases then a stiff door opening out that's blocked by where you are standing. There is no bell or sign to ask for assistance. Coverlets and blanket edges need repairs. My room was small and had no chair. Overall cleanliness. room and bed small, no cabinet. Drain in bathrooom sink was disconnected and did not work. I had to make the repair myself. A bit too officious and crowded in b'fast room. This is the tiniest room I've ever stayed in outside of Paris. In fact, it reminded me of Paris room. ...not even a chair to sit on. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom and rusted shower bar, iron leaked. It was okay for overnight...just old and should have been much cheaper.The breakfast is horrible. Tiny room -- could barely turn round in it. No door on toilet was a bit unpleasant given the size of the room.advertised wireless was not wifi I had to connect to telephone jack also did not work for 50% of my time there. I felt many of the staff looked unprofessional in sloppy polo shirts and jeans. The room was far too small, maybe 2 rooms should become 1 and people might come back. Breakfast room also too small with people standing in the lobby eating. Should be greener and usr crockery instead of all the waste. I guess it was reasonable price for Boston, but I think I can get a much larger and cleaner room in a motel in LA with this price. Milner has the smallest room I've ever had stayed. (approx. 7-8 m2) Breakfast staff was not clean to work for. Breakfast area has the capacity of maximum 8 people. Slow check-in/check-out: one receptionist only. Small room (i had to pass over my partner to get off the bed). Poor breakfast, in term of choice and space. Parking in front should provide a special 24 hour fee, with unlimited entrances, at least in the opinion of hotel receptionist, but not according parking personnel. On 22nd of August I arrived at your Boston Hotel for one night at the end of a two week business trip on the East Coast of the USA.I had booked your hotel online for a $159.00 room - with tax I paid $178.I arrived at 3pm, I was allocated Room 504, left my luggage and headed out into the City. I was at the time surprised at the shabbiness of your hotel and the small size of my room.
