When we arrived we found the Executive Suite we had booked was not available. The girl at the front desk apologized. Liked this hotel enough to return to the area just to stay again ! All staff made me feel as if I was the only person staying. Parking is not inexpensive at $17/night for self-park, but is indeed very convenient with the garage located immediately adjacent to the front lobby. Contrast this with other Costa Mesa/Irvine hotels where the parking lot is quite a distance away. Ask the very friendly and helpful staff about any discounts or specials available to minimize or reduce parking cost.
The room itself was also very comfortable, especially the temperature. We never even looked for the thermostat during our entire stay

It was comfortable, staff were efficient and the location suited me. I paerticularly appreciated Francesc's home cooking after long days at a Trade Fair - she was also welcoming and friendly - after being with thousands of people all day it was great (and convenient).

It was the best hotel in our entire honeymoon trip (3 weeks, 2 countries). Especially Alex from the front desk.
