This hotel is my favorite destination ever, i really enjoy staying there and have fun, it is the right place to relax and have a breath after a long weeks of hard work, i love the food, the design of the hotel. swimming pools are nice with a wonderful view, easy access to the beach, it is just perfect property, staffs are also so helpful and so nice, i have been visiting the cove for more than 5 times, and i will always do, good place for couple as well as friends outing. all reviews » Magnificent architecture and landscape. Friendly polite staff. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. The pools are beautiful. I enjoyed collecting the colourful shells along the sea side. As soon as I arrived home I re-booked to go again in five weeks time. Because of our wonderful experience four of our friends also booked for an early March weekend. Peaceful - Staff courteous - pleasing architecture - excellent spa/gym facilities. Two lovely infinity pools - beach access easy - golf buggy transportation. Fine to walk around a very large complex in winter. High summer you will need the transport. concept similar to the 5* spots at Sharm El Sheikh. the hotel rooms are nice, spacious and clean. the resort is beautifully located on a hill at the beach.Beautiful Resort. There were quite a lot of people staying there when we went due to the 21km marathon in the city. It was their 'soft opening' (2 weeks)- that left much to be desired and details to sort out. Staff extremely responsive to feedback. give it time to bed in. the reception handling was very slow. perhaps because the hotel has newly opened just a week ago. there was still some work going on which produced quite a bit of noice. Pools are not heated ! No hot water in the shower !. 1- The price should include the B/F 2- Room TV should be workable. It was not working. there steem room is not working for the past 3 weeks . The pool bar menu was very poor - The selection of food was minimal, 2sandwiches, a few satay sticks and a burger? The Greek salad was like aside salad and over priced, it was the same price as the sandwiches andwas pretty bland. The chicken sandwich was over cooked. The food was sobad there that we decided to go out to a different hotel for ourevening meal. The check in and out was very slow! The plunge pool was not heated.People kept ringing the doorbell as we were in a villa but with 2 suitesso the bell disturbs all guests!Flippers was very basic. The wholeexperience was very disorganised.
