  This brand new hotel is situated at the end of the Palm Jumeirah. Its location also makes it very quiet and unique. One of the few - if not the only hotel - that overlooks Dubai. The hotel theme is Turkish/Eastern although this is not imposed on the visitors.   The moment you set foot in this hotel you know you are in for a treat. The hotel was beautiful and boasts luxury and high standards. The staff were polite and helpful and made you feel so welcome. The staff never complained and were always happy to serve with a smile. The facilities such as the gym and spa were of a high standard and the pool/beac... what people say » h was amazing. There were plenty of sun beds and pool staff were happy to locate the perfect space for our group. The only downside was the sand was a - We arrived nearly 3 hours before check in, however, the staff were happy to accommodate us. We had lunch and receive a call from reception once our room was ready - nearly 2 hours before actual check in time. Staff were very friendly and went out their way to ensure our comfort. Room was stunning (Sea front view) - the finishes and attention to detail are excellent. We ate at the Manava restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The food was outstanding - one of the best selections I have experienced

The hotel is amazing in terms of first impression us we were astonished with the internal decorative design. The room was super. Had out breakfas - The luxury of the facilities and treatment by all the staff from bell boys to management. The room and the bed were fantastic. There is a bath that could fit in a family of four! The pool area and surrounds were very well located with excellent service poolside. Plenty of 4-5 star restaurants to choose from. Also the free shuttle from and to the hotel stopping at various places was so helpful.
