location location, probably the prettiest hotel in Dubai, with low level buildings and a beautiful garden, Eauzone is a lovely restaurant, excellent food, beautiful venue. OLIVES at lunch time has a lovely buffet, but not so in the evening and its cheaper for the salad buffet than the beach restaurants. The staff were amazing and the hotel incredible. Its a great location and the grounds are so vast making it feel empty even though the hotel was fully booked. The rooms were large, very clean and comfortable as you would expect from a 5 star Dubai Hotel, although this hotel does go the extra mile.

Lots of confusion and seemed to be taking 'back-handers' to make more money. A little greedy considering the cost of the holiday/hotel charges.Lady on concierge did sort out a local taxi and seemed annoyed at young front desk people. nothing. At the Royal Mirage Palms, the staff were a bit stiff in terms of using the facilities since we were not staying at the palms rather we stayed at Arabian Court. They weren't too friendly and asked us to leave the pool aread. Top shelf prices, but that's what Tier 1 locations charge. Really I did not find any. The staff was not trade for the level and the prices The restaurant close at 11.30 all of them the staff try to get the client out in time so the client feels this and he can not enjoy his dinner Very long waiting for taxi bet servies The servies of the staff very bad for the level of the hotel in the beach in the restaurants in the bars Not good for families with clieldren. Very poor room service (late + no condiments when ordering a steak / fries sandwhich) / dated room / bathroom toilet seeping noise. There is no free internet access and it is expensive to buy. As you are in a luxury hotel, it is expected to have confort, and for me internet access is a big part of it. prices for food and breackfast high no internet - for such hotel should be free ,. Birds stealing breakfast, restaurants don't open until 7pm - young kids like to eat earlier like about 6pm. Lack of experienced staff on checkin in late night!!. Staff weren't very efficient, rooms weren't ready a long time after 2pm check in time. slight criticism, we booked an early morning call, and didnot receive it. This could have been a problem and missed our flight!. Upper terrace bar manager asking us if we had a reservation ..for a bar? We took a party of 6 both nights not impressed. In addition aggressive staff refusing to serve us breakfast. Fri after 11 am & thurs after 1030. No notion times had changed. Less than impressive. Service in the Celebarties restaurant is not up to the standard compared with our outlets in the hotel. The style of the rooms is a bit "has been". Somehow it ressembled to a 1970es flat. A bit of charm was missing, however. The price of room and services. Maybe the hotel is meant for richer guests. No shops,. did not offer me a late check out. The staff needs to be trained and developed on how to deal with people and they need to learn English as well. Breakfast price was too High. Room was not modern looking and didnt match the resort feel like. Costly , and there is no membership in this hotel. Room Servicece. Beach is un-swimmable due to stones that could cause injuries. Location too much concrete around from the Palm etc ALS the site is a little isolated. Service was apoling and on a couple of occasions I raised an issue the follow up and action was poor. It will be our last visit to One and Only. Reception staff wasn't helpful on stay and check-out. No free wifi. There was nothing that I disliked. The room wasn't ready before 1500 when we arrived.
