The hotel design and the vibrant colors used all around the hotel are very eye-catching and no one can ever get bored in those elevators with the cool and hip floors. We stayed there for only one night and spent the whole day at the Ferrari world and Sh. Zayed Mosque so never got a chance to try out the Food and Beverage outlets or cruise around the hotel. The Operations Manager, Luke James was so very helpful and the concierges and door man were so friendly. The facilities were very clean and neatly decorated. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves so much and would definitely go back. Location in quiet area, by Metro use Al Nakhlah Station. By car use exit 35, staff are very friendly, clean and comfortable room, Urope style hotel, Food teast not good and expinces,Nuce smile bath body care. During my visit to Dubai i will stay in Media one hotel. It is my style hotel. I love it. The bar and pool area were amazing. Both day and night, though the evening for us more because we love music and they have live DJs on each night which we really liked. Big double bed sun loungers which were great for us as a couple to spread out on and relax all day. Like the friendliness of the staff cleanliness of public areas and rooms. Good value for money. Like cosmopolitan feel, not just arab or russian environment like fairmont and Grosvenor think more diverse customers could be attracted to bar/events. We have stayed here a few times as the location is fantastic when attending concerts at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre. This was my second time to stay in this hotel this year. It is a very modern hotel ideally situated between the Marina area and the Mall of the Emirates. There is a Metro station about a 10 minute walk away. We went for a concert where the venue was right across the street! We just had walk across the street when we tired and ready to go to bed. Nun smoking hotel, the noisy from swimming pool Dg at night and early morning,Stalite only few chanles, they charge me twice after that they correct their mistake. Checking out can sometimes be a bit difficult due to holding money on cards at check in which complicated the process at check out..but resolved quickly. Unfortunately we had a leak in the bathroom which required maintenance ( and the associated cleaners) to cone not once but twice to fix. After talking with reception we were moved to another room but inlay after we requested it. I think the hotel should have moved us initially as we list approximately 90 minutes waiting fir maintenance, cleaners and concierge to change rooms, which meant we were then rushed to get ready for the concert. The boys were a little disappointed with the location as there wasn't much for them within walking distance. Laundry timing and pricing. Not much sport channels in TV. There is a pool bar on the eight floor and on Thursday and Friday nights the incessant disco beat from this bar goes on until three AM, so if your room is over the pool/bar area you don't get any sleep.Wont be back to this hotel ever again. Some noise from the swimming pool side even if I was in the last floor! The swimming pool is only 1.2 m!. Rooms are a bit too small. food is average, rooms a bit small.
